We are home from our trip to Wisconsin.    The cabin was PERFECT, we loved it. It was so cozy.   If we go back again, I hope we will be able to rent it next time.

I just wanted to let you know we had a great time at Christmas Mountain. I feel bad that I even second guessed the resort after reading the reviews before our stay. We stayed in unit 520 and had a great view. The cottage was very clean and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We have a 4yr old and a 1 yr old and they had a blast. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Just wanted to drop a quick note and tell you what a great time my family & I had at Christmas Mountain last week.....
We stayed in unit #519---checked-in was a breeze. The unit was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. It was very nice to have the seclusion out on the deck. The people at the complex were courteous & helpful. We split our time between Xmas Mt., Dells, and Dutch Hollow Lake area.......It was a very good trip !!!

I want to tell you that we had a really nice time at Christmas Mountain. The cottage was perfect for us and the kids loved the activities. We only used the pool once because the chlorine was so strong I had trouble opening my eyes in the pool. Otherwise it was a nice place. We will likely return.

Thank you so much for finding us our condo in Florida. We had such a nice time. Everything was well kept up & very clean. We really enjoyed being close to the pool. We tried the beach a couple days, but we couldn't keep Payson from eating the sand! We really appreciated you help in planning our fist family vacation.

MY GIRLFRIEND AND I TOOK THE KIDS ON A MINI TRIP WITHOUT THE MEN FOR A LONG WEEKEND AND WE REALLY HAD A GREAT RELAXING TIME. THE RESORT IS BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL WITH MANY ACTIVITIES TO KEEP THE CHILDREN HAPPY AND A GREAT POOL AREA AND HOT TUB. THE FIREPLACE IN OUR COTTAGE WAS SO RELAXING. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE!!!

Just wanted to say "Thank you" for the Christmas Mountain Village Cottage rental.  We are in unit 518 and absolutely love it.  The view is spectacular! 
 
The resort is wonderful and can't wait to come back again and we haven't even left yet. Which brings me to my question.....is there any way that we can rent a comparable week from you every June?

We stayed at Christmas Mountain in the Timbers. The unit was beautiful and very spacious. The whirlpool bath and fireplace were also nice additions. We also enjoyed the outdoor screen porch, even though it was cold out. The Timbers area is very quiet and picturesque, set away from the main resort area. The staff were great. They were helpful in upgrading us to this unit from the cottages when we arrived. We had a maintenance issue with the fireplace and someone was down to help us out within 10 minutes. Sheri was great through the rental process. It was very quick and easy. We definitely recommend a stay here; we had a great experience.

We absolutely loved our vacation!  We had never been to the Dells before, and we really enjoyed it.  The resort was great, and our cottage was just perfect for the four of us.  I am so glad that I happened to look on eBay and found your auction!  Yes, when I checked out I was informed that the $48 would be charged to our card.

Thank you for the great rentals!  We just returned from our vacation late last night, and I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time!  Both units were exactly as expected.
 
You are correct that the size of the Timbers unit (Oaks unit?) was small.  I would say that 900 square feet is a generous estimate.  However, we stayed in the Timbers last year, too, and I think it is our favorite part of the resort.  We really enjoyed being so close to a pool and playground area, and the smaller number of vacationers in that area makes it a nice, quiet place. 
 
I was pleased to see that you had refunded my deposits on both units by the time I returned home.  Thanks for the great service!
 
Please feel free to use us as a reference for future renters.

We are back from our vacation in the Dells.  My family had the best time!   Christmas Mountain Village was gorgeous, though our accommodations (the Cottages) weren't nearly as nice as the others (the Timbers, Oaks, etc.)  The Cottages appeared to be older than the other facilities, and were a little dated.  But it was clean and comfortable, which is what I was most concerned about.  The resort gave us free tickets to Mt. Olympus water park (a main attraction of the Dells) and were helpful in other ways.  The resort offered free activities such as mini golf, paddle boats, etc., and had organized family activities such as kickball.  My husband and son had a "ball" playing kickball with others at the resort.  There were a lot of activities at the club house.  My daughter had been asking me for weeks to take her to Build-a-Bear (not sure if you've heard of it), and I never found time to do it until we found out that the resort was offering it as one of its activities (we had to pay for it).  There were two kids in the cottage next door to ours, and my kids played with them quite a bit.  And of course we had a great time taking advantage of the off-site Dells activities.  I absolutely loved this vacation.  My kids did, too.  We went to Disney World in March and I asked them if given a choice whether they would return to Disney or to the Dells and they said the Dells.  So who knows, maybe I'll call upon you again some day for a rental.
